Sola x NYFW 2024: Get the Looks

We couldn’t bring everyone to New York Fashion Week, but we are bringing the looks to you! Read more to learn how to recreate the looks, created by Matthew Curtis for the Alice + Olivia showcase, styled by our team of Sola pros — using Briogeo products and GHD tools.

BRAIDED FLORAL AND LACE BUN

1. Apply Briogeo mousse to the hair and dry through, this will create hold and texture.
2. Use ghd small curling irons at the root of the hair and curl away from the face.
3. Gather hair back by applying Briogeo cream and raking with your hands to leave texture throughout the base of the ponytail and secure in a ponytail.
4. Apply hair donut over ponytail, add more hair if needed.
5. Once covered tastefully add flowers, lace, and/or gold coins.
6. Clean any flyaways with Briogeo sleek stick.

SCRUNCHIE BUN

1. Apply Briogeo mousse to the hair and dry through, this will create hold and texture.
2. Use GHD medium curling irons at the root of the hair and curl away from the face.
3. Gather hair back by applying Briogeo cream and raking with your hands to leave texture throughout the base of the ponytail and secure in a ponytail, ensure this ponytail is a little tighter than the braided bun.
4. Once in a ponytail, separate the lengths into 2 sections and use Briogeo sleek stick to apply to your hands and twist both sections the same way but wrap around each other the opposite way to create a rope braid.
5. Twist the rope braid around the base of the ponytail and create a roped chignon and secure. Make the chignon as large as possible and add a scrunchie.
